New for Scaramanga, this is a small-sized antique stone architectural ornamental alcove sourced from a rural salvage yard in Northern India.

Traditional in form, the alcove would have been hand-carved by a skilled artisan.

The distressed authentic surface textures and colours come from a historic build-up of paint to the original building where these pieces were sourced.

Well-placed on a counter-top or coffee table, this decorative piece makes an eye-catching ornament.

We've seen the alcove used to display small items of art or candles.

This is an original piece of architectural art with a wonderful distressed rustic surface patina – an effect that takes decades to emerge.
