Rustic Vintage Wooden Table and Bench Set
Every so often, we find a small number of old wooden tables that are truly special, and these rustic, vintage wooden tables with benches are no exception.
The table has a thick top frame that is supported by a pair of folding legs that will seat 6 people (3 on each bench). The wood has aged perfectly. Showing the right amount of wear to its top and sides to show it has been well-used, but still has a long life ahead. Each comes with a set of 2 long benches. The top of the table is made from a natural fiberous material and then lacquered to protect it from water. Made in 1952 with a GR crown stamped inside the wooden frame.

We've simply cleaned it and waxed the top to preserve the patina, allowing it to be used indoors or as a garden table. Scaramanga loves the distressed surface finish of this table...a great durable table with a wonderful history. The top of the last table is shown in the last few photos.
Condition report: The table and bench's top and edges show visible scratches, marks and a torn corners on the top. There are signs of historic woodworm that have been treated as a precaution. The fold-out mechanism that locks the legs in position is not fully functional. However, the legs fold out and remain in place.
Perfect for inside and outdoor garden use. The benches and table are relatively light-weight and fold easy for storage.
We do not recommend leaving these benches and table exposed outside during rain / bad weather/ damp and wet conditions. If left outside our vintage tables may warp and expand / lose their colour.
