Vintage Saddle Rack Trolley
Scaramanga loves the visual and functional mid-century vintage wooden saddle rack trolley. Made from solid teak, a super strong tropical hardwood, around 70 years ago. Presented in fantastic condition with a glorious waxed finish, this is a distinctive piece of vintage functional industrial furniture. Showing evidence of its previous working life with some knocks, scuffs and bumps...as to be expected! A must for any traditional stable
Vintage Saddle Rack size: W110cm x D60cm x H96cm (top part: W92cm x W46cm).
This inverted 'V' frame would have been used to display and store a saddle and pushed with its two handles to conveniently transport the heavy leather saddle to and from the waiting horse.
A robust well-built item with a great backstory!
Today in your home, the trolley could easily be re-purposed and used as a novel storage rack for books or other sports equipment.
